The project focuses on creating a professional and reassuring experience for candidates navigating an AI-powered interview process. The interface combines hiring journey tracking, AI conversation, interview scheduling, document access, system readiness, and recruiter information within a structured desktop dashboard.
Design Objective
The objective was to design a trustworthy and intuitive interview experience that reduces candidate uncertainty and makes every stage of the hiring journey easy to understand.
The design prioritizes clarity, confidence, and accessibility through a clean layout, strong visual hierarchy, familiar interaction patterns, and focused calls to action. Blue accents communicate trust and professionalism, while cards, status indicators, and progress tracking help candidates quickly understand what requires their attention.
Solution
The solution brings interview preparation, hiring progress, system readiness, communication, and key interview actions into one centralized dashboard.
The dashboard provides candidates with a guided hiring journey while keeping important information visible at the right moment. AI-assisted conversations help candidates prepare, while readiness checks confirm camera, microphone, browser, internet, and identity requirements before the interview. Clear actions such as Start Interview, Schedule Later, Practice Questions, Upload Documents, and Ask Recruiter make the experience actionable and easy to navigate.
