NeoWatch is a connected neonatal monitoring experience that helps healthcare teams monitor infant vitals, respond to critical alerts, document observations, and coordinate care across desktop and mobile workflows.
NeoWatch — Neonatal Ward Monitoring System
The project focuses on creating a clear and reliable digital experience for neonatal care. The system combines a clinician-facing web dashboard with a caregiver mobile application, allowing teams to access critical information quickly while maintaining a consistent experience across devices.
The interface was designed around clinical priorities such as urgency, readability, information hierarchy, and efficient workflows. Real-time vitals, alerts, observations, medication records, and historical data are organized to reduce cognitive load and help healthcare teams make faster, more informed decisions.
Secure Access
A focused authentication experience designed to provide clinicians with quick and secure access to the neonatal ward dashboard.
The Doctor Sign In screen creates a simple entry point into the clinical system. Doctor ID and password fields are supported by password recovery and clear security messaging, reinforcing trust while keeping the authentication flow straightforward and efficient.
Real-time Ward Monitoring
A centralized dashboard that gives clinicians an immediate overview of infant status, active alerts, and severity across the neonatal ward.
The Ward Overview prioritizes information according to clinical urgency. Critical, warning, and stable infants are clearly differentiated, while active alerts are surfaced prominently for immediate attention.
Individual infant cards provide essential metrics such as heart rate, SpO₂, temperature, and respiratory rate, allowing clinicians to quickly understand ward conditions and identify infants requiring intervention.
Infant Monitoring
A detailed clinical view combining current vital signs, trends, caregiver observations, and medication information for an individual infant.
The Infant Monitoring experience brings critical information into one focused workspace. Key vitals are presented with clear status indicators, while the trend visualization helps clinicians understand changes in heart rate and SpO₂ over time.
Caregiver notes and medication information provide additional context, allowing clinicians to review the infant's current condition alongside recent observations and treatment activity.
